Día del Niño 2025
Plaza de la Raza’s second annual Dia del Niño, Children’s Day will take place on Saturday, April 26th when we celebrate the joy that children bring into our lives!
Join us for an afternoon of FREE festivities from 1-5pm for all ages including engaging performances by our talented students and special guest artists. There will be something for everyone including hands-on workshops taught by local teaching artists, kid’s activities and a marketplace of local vendors and resources for families.
Dia del Niño has been celebrated annually in Mexico, where it is a public holiday, focusing on appreciating children and celebrating childhood. It has become an annual event at Plaza de la Raza where we highlight the talent that exists in our community. At Plaza, we know that kids, your children, are the life blood of our very mission and our School of Performing and Visual Arts. Día del Niño 2025 will be an afternoon dedicated to promoting kid’s well-being and celebrating their creativity.
