4C Lab Colab Workshops

Join us on Saturdays, November 12 and December 3, 2022, 10:30am-1:30pm for theatre and playmaking workshops for young creative artists ages 15 to 20, hosted FREE at Plaza de la Raza. There is no experience necessary, just come ready to move and express yourself. Long-time Chicano arts leader Tomas Benitez will be the guest speaker at the workshop and will lead young artists through a series of exercises exploring their ideas and feelings on social justice as well as issues that impact youth today.

4C Lab, a resident company of creative artists at Plaza fe la Raza, will lead the warm ups, group activities and exercises, as well as encourage young artists to express themselves in many ways, including movement and spoken word! Come prepared to make new friends, learn new things and share your creative voice and self! Wear loose comfy clothes for some movement.
