In the Studio with Margaret Garcia

Margaret Garcia is a long-time teaching artist at Plaza de la Raza’s School of Performing & Visual Arts. In this piece, she graciously opens her studio to show us her new work in glass. Margaret studied at CalState Northridge and the University of Southern California and her work has been exhibited in group shows throughout Southern California as well as in Texas and Mexico. 'In Studio' is an ongoing series of filmed studio visits highlighting local teaching artists to encourage collection of their work. Filmed by: Ruben Zavala
